THE CUISINE

The Lodge's exquisite cuisine and its seasoned chef combine the finest and freshest ingredients from different parts of the globe to create cuisine that includes Southern comfort foods as well as Gluten-Free menus.

An expansive exhibition kitchen allows guests to imbibe the aromas and animation involved in the cuisine's preparation.

Private and community indoor and outdoor dining options are available for all guests.

Evening dinner can be arranged in an outdoor dining area with advanced reservation.

Box lunch and snack service for hikers and skiers (and shoppers!) is available by request. We know how hard it can be to find lunch when your are on the go. Let us send along a boxed lunch so that the fun never has to take a detour!

A gourmet 4-course dinner service is available nightly by reservation. Reservations are limited and are available only for Stowe Meadows guests and their invited guests. This single-seating dinner service is prepared by your hosts with local produce whenever possible and with fresh organic produce from the Stowe Meadows garden. Check the weekly menu on our website or when you check-in and make reservations.

All interior fireplaces are lit each evening from October to May and all have complimentary Lodge service with nightly fireside marshmallow roasting with complimentary hot chocolate or warm cider

Complimentary hors d'oeuvres are served between from 5:00 - 6:30pm each evening.

Gluten-free, wheat-free and dairy-free dining is available year around for all meals and snacks. As a celiac, Caroline understands that vacationing is not always easy when dietary restrictions are a way of life. Stowe Meadows is a proud supporter of the National Celiac Foundation and guests meals can be prepared free of gluten, wheat and dairy upon request.
