At Stowe Meadows, our breakfast menus are an eclectic mix of regional and family favorites. We grow many of our breakfast ingredients here on our farm or we gather from local VT farms, coffee roasters and grain suppliers.
We feature our own organic chicken and duck eggs (gathered each morning), seasonal herbs, berries and greens direct from our on-site gardens. We specialize in combining tastes and textures that offer our guests a variety of dining options.
Don’t be surprised to find authentic Southern grits pared with poached eggs and local maple bacon, or pumpkin pancakes topped with our own herbed butter.
We hope that every time you visit with us you will find a few new items along side some of our traditional favorites.

Breakfast is included with your reservation. We are experts at Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegetarian dining. We can accommodate nearly any dietary request, please note concerns when you book your stay or contact us to ask questions.
Signature Baked Goods (Monday - Friday)
Freshly baked muffins, breads, and cinnamon roles are just a few treats we make available for a grab-and-go breakfast Monday through Friday. Enjoy breakfast in bed or take it on the road. Our signature baked treats with coffee and juice will jump-start your day.
Multi-course Farm Breakfast (Saturday - Sunday)
Our 3-course Farm Breakfast is offered every Saturday and Sunday morning. Our menu features fresh eggs from our chickens and ducks, seasonal treats straight from our garden and Vermont coffees. Our meats, cheeses and maple syrup are all from local farms.
If your weekend plans call for an early ski run, balloon ride or other adventure, we offer a breakfast basket and coffee to take on the road.
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian and Vegan
Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan dining is available year around for all meals and snacks.
We understand that vacationing is not always easy when dietary restrictions are a way of life. Caroline (Owner and chef) is a Celiac and "gets it" when it comes to feeling confident about dining when allergies, cross-contamination and food preparation are primary considerations.
